NewYorican will allocate $100 USD to Para la Naturaleza after reaching $1,000 USD in cumulative realized business profit, once the records are verified and the funds are available.
This is a one-time first milestone. It does not establish a recurring percentage or automatically commit tokens, pool capital or customer funds to donations.

02 / HOW IT WILL BE MEASURED
Records first
Owner funding, loans, token market capitalization and unrealized gains do not count as profit for this milestone. Token-sale proceeds require accounting classification before inclusion.
A public receipt
After payment, the record will show the date, recipient, amount and a redacted receipt or acknowledgment. A link to an organization does not prove a donation.
